John is a senior consultant and service delivery executive serving in the financial, technology, and operations industries. Accomplished in global end-to-end product lifecycle deliverables, advising on risk management/mitigation, leading corporate program management initiatives, and managing large scale customer implementations.
Having worked with two top 10 credit card issuers, John is considered an expert in the credit card risk area, well versed in managing risk strategy development, data analytics and proven leadership in aligning technology to operations staff. His risk and analytical teams have been recognized by the industry risk leader FICO as having the most comprehensive and profitable bankcard strategies. John has strong credit card and loan systems conversion experience coupled with a strong ability to perform business architecture analysis. He has spoken at various industry events on risk, fraud, analytics and innovative technologies.
John has worked with two Fortune 500 professional computing services companies, leading strategic product development and delivery. He has built out professional service and sales teams supporting over 100 clients. He has led three international merger and acquisitions and fifteen large scale client implementations. John has led and managed consultants with over forty financial service global organizations.
